At Vayu Taxi Service, we aim to provide the best experience for our customers. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. Please read our refund policy carefully.

1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

  • Before 24 Hours: If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Within 24 Hours: If you cancel within 24 hours of your ride, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
  • Last-Minute Cancellations: No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 3 hours before the scheduled pickup.

2. No-Show Policy

  • If the driver reaches the pickup location and you are unavailable or unresponsive after multiple attempts, the booking will be marked as a no-show, and no refund will be provided.

3. Delayed or Missed Flights/Trains

  • If your flight or train is delayed, we will try to adjust your booking. However, if a driver has already been dispatched and you fail to inform us in time, cancellation charges may apply.

4. Service Issues

  • If your ride is canceled by Vayu Taxi Service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., driver unavailability), you will receive a full refund or an alternative ride.

5. How to Request a Refund?

To request a refund, please contact us at +91-8000970039 with your booking details. Refunds are usually processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update our refund policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
